In the heart of the Appalachian region, along the lush riverbanks of Western North Carolina, blooms a delicate wildflower known as the Bluets, or Quaker Ladies. The region is a treasure trove of botanical diversity, hosting an array of woodland flora that come to life especially in the spring. These small perennials offer a splash of color, with their distinctive four-petal structure and radiant hues that range from pale to vibrant blues with a hint of purple, each centered with a bright yellow dot.
